This plugin provides info about the last DCC request someone sent you. It is basically useful only for helping somebody debug why they can't do a DCC SEND or initiate a DCC CHAT. The usual causes are that they are using a NAT router (IPNetRouter, Vicom SoftRouter, etc) and are sending you their LAN address (192.168.* or 10.*), or they need to set their NAT router to do incoming port-mapping and set their ircle port range to match, or they have their DCC Port Range wrong in ircle. Or it could be something else, if you're knowledgable enough to make good use of this plugin, you'll be able to figure it out.
